Had to stop ordering from them

Had to stop ordering from them. I hate that you have to return within 2 weeks of the purchase date (NOT when the order was delivered) in order to get a refund - if you do it later, it has to be exchange or credit. I recently ordered something and was out of town when the order was delivered. By the time I got the package, I think 3 weeks had passed. They did not make an exception and I was forced to do store credit. I didn't argue because policy is policy - I just think it's a crappy policy, especially since I have spent SO MUCH MONEY with them. I also think their prices are just way too high. A sweater can be as much as $45. I wait for sales, but typically they run out of stock VERY quickly and I think that is a ploy so that people don't wait until they have sales to buy something they really want. I did buy a pair of pants for summer that were $30, I think, and they ripped after 4 or 5 wears and I'm talking they ripped all the way down so there was no fixing them. I didn't bother telling them because I can't imagine they would have done anything. I also think the points in their rewards program are meaningless. They give a lot, but you don't get that much and the sales they occasionally have give you a better discount.
