Excellent Service from Initial Call to Aftercare
I was referred to UK Water Softeners by a neighbour and promptly called by their salesperson Sarah. We quickly arranged a visit a few days later. Throughout the process there was no 'hard' sell - Sarah clearly demonstrated the numerous benefits of having a device installed and then gave me the option of all the different types available, the benefits and disadvantages. I also arranged for a Harvey Water Softener rep to visit the following week. However, the difference in the sales pitch was evident even if the prices were not that dissimilar between the two companies. In the end, the decision to go with UK Water Softeners was based on the strength of their reviews on this site and the excellent service my neighbours have received over many years. I picked the top of the line Cobalt C5 softener, an infinity drinking filter (plus drinking tap) plus also added the private job of having softened hot and cold taps fitted to the front of my property. Engineer Steve was booked in for 3rd December and duly arrived on time as agreed. The company even send small profiles of each engineer so you know who will be turning up to work in your home. (It is little professional touches like this that make you confident you are dealing with an authentic family business established in 1995) The installation was completed in a few hours and Steve duly removed all the rubbish from my property so I was left with a pristine kitchen after the installation. He walked me through the setup, how to switch both the filter and switch the mains supply back to hard water. He also helped me setup the MyHarvey app on my smartphone. I would not hesitate to recommend UK Water Softeners and will be referring my own family members after Christmas which could not be more of an endorsement!
