Not very helpful support team
I would like to add more details about the course ! The course is sufficient for people who are starting from the basics and want to understand the fundamental concepts of AI, machine learning, natural language processing, and deep learning. However, the content is not very deep. The videos briefly touch on everything essential, but they don’t go into detail or provide deeper insights. One benefit is the weekly mentor sessions, though the quality varies—some mentors are helpful, while others are not. A major issue is the weak support system. Although program managers make an effort to assist, her help is generally limited and not always effective. During the final project, our entire team posted questions when we faced challenges, but none of them were answered. The discussion forum was the only place provided for communication, yet the support team did not respond at all. This is unacceptable. In fact, I would give even less than 2 out of 5 for project support. Earlier in the course, support was a bit better, but toward the end—especially during the final project—it completely disappeared. I rate the course content 3 out of 5, but the overall course deserves 3.5 out of 5. As for the support team, 2.5 out of 5 would be generous, considering the lack of engagement during the project phase.
