Very enjoyable/educational and worth while trip to DCA!
Had an amazing experience with Miles. He went above and beyond to fit me in for a fast turn around. Obviously his knowledge is second to none, his revolutionary 3D scans were fantastic (not to mention perfect sealed inears)- but he really understood and listened to my needs. Not only this- but there was no pressure to buy and I never felt he was upselling or pushing anything on to me. It’s rare to find someone who’s so comfortable dealing with all sorts of musicians and engineers but he’s made me feel very at home and confident in my choices.
