Gone completely downhill, avoid
Were totally fine for years but in the last year or two: - Hounded me for months to get a smart meter - Took over three attempts for someone to actually show up to install smart meter - Gas smart meter doesn't work and they won't do anything about it, and now it's unsafe to read it when it was fine before - Had massive problems with the system when I added a second fuel - Don't respond to emails 90% of the time - Provided over inflated estimates for new tariffs which they admit are wrong but won't update my account, and warned me I might accidentally buy a second electricity tariff if I sign up via my account???? I'm literally paying the £75 exit fee just to get away from them because I can't take it anymore.
