You pay your money and they don't deliver
Signed up to a 3 month subscription for the sakura traditional Japanese snack boxes. 1 month later nothing shipped and customer support downright deceitful effectively lying about goods leaving warehouses, shipping soon etc. More worryingly refuse to refund my money despite being unwilling or unable to deliver the goods I paid for. Avoid like the plague. 29/10/22 After 5-6 weeks they suddenly shipped Sep & Oct boxes and I have just received final Nov box. No idea what the initial issue was but I would have been a lot more understanding if they had just told me there would be a delay and why. Needless to say I won't be extending my subscription as I just don't trust them. Boxes themselves are OK
