Very poor, slow service.
The whole process of using Wessex Internet has been frustrating and slow and I have had to constantly chase them to provide the additional hubs I was promised. The 500mbps I purchased only comes in at about 350 mbps next to the router and then drops to about 1.5mbps or zero in every other room in the house. 5 weeks after getting the router I am still waiting for the additional hub which makes running my business from home very difficult. Online Teams meetings are next to impossible. All they need to do is get their engineer to do the speed tests when they fit the router and have any additional hubs pre-congured so they can set them up at that time - job done! Instead the customer has to mess about taking speed test readings, screenshotting them and then emailing (ironically) them to Wessex to let them know how useless their Internet is. Weeks pass and you have to keep calling them, emailing them and trying to get them to finish a job they could have easy completed on their first visit weeks before. Use another company, not this useless lot!
