Great service
Officer (Lucy Wilson) allocated to my case was very approachable and engaged in what I had to say. She was clear in stating the limitations of the Ombudsman service. Her investigation, with reasons for decisions, was thorough and the conclusion was clearly laid out. I shall recommend the Ombudsman service to anyone who has any unwarranted conflict with any uncompromising company or institution.
