Dr. Sally Sartin was professional, kind, compassionate, and understanding. She listened carefully to my issues and concerns and identified a solution when I couldn't see one. I was starting to feel hopeless about my current situation but felt relief after we discussed the issue and how it could be resolved. The turnaround time for my paperwork was just a day and Dr. Sartin answered all my questions promptly. Dr. Sartin was a Godsend for me and my family at this difficult time. I am so grateful for her!!
