User-friendly and functional apps

First-time customer, the website and dedicated apps (for Desktop and Nas) are functional and very friendly. A couple of clics and your backup routine is up and ready. Not giving a full 5-stars because of the upload and download speed that could be boosted a bit. But apart from that, very happy of the service.
