Colapa Customer Service Shocking- Do Not Purchase!
I purchased a heated vest before christmas 2022, it came fairly quickly so I thought, 'great'. However, the first thing I noticed was it didn't come with a battery. Ok, maybe I should have checked the small print more thoroughly. The second thing was the zipper was slightly defective with the bottom 'tooth' sticking out a little, making it tricky to fasten and feeling like it would break if it was forced. I tried Customer Services who were appalling. Didn't reply at first so tried again, when they replied and asked for a picture which I sent, then nothing for weeks, and even after a few polite chase emails, nothing. Shocking.. Now out of pocket for the whole thing. They shouldn't be allowed to trade like this.
