Customer service is non-existent and ZERO integrity
Ordered tires on their website during memorial day weekend. I ordered the wrong size and upon noticing my error within an hour immediately contacted customer service to initiate a return which was confirmed via email by Giga Tire. I also called and sat on hold for 40 minutes the following business day at 8am and was probably even their first caller. They still processed the order and shipped the tires, again after acknowledging the return within an hour of placing the initial order. They still charged me a bullshit handling fee from my refund that wasn't processed until I had to reach back out 14 days later.
