Very expensive system, issues with wrong units and burnt out electrics
We were hopeful when we found Trust electric heating, the initial service was good but as soon as it came to delivery it went down hill First and Worst of all... it is costing in the region of £450 A MONTH to heat a small cottage! Which is CRAZY as it's sold as an efficient system. Experience from delivery onwards has been poor too, they couldn't fit for about 6 weeks from placing the order, then they delivered and ultimately had to fit the wrong units due to an error their side, meaning they had to return to change them, more lost time our side. After a month or so use one unit melted the socket causing burnt electric smell and a fear for our safety and home. We are awaiting a final resolution on this as upon coming out a third time they were unclear what had happened or why.
