Abysmal

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a brake line- meanwhile my bike is off the road. When I phoned yesterday all I got was vague answers and an indifferent attitude. I still don't know when I might eventually get the part. They were very quick to take the money though. This used to be a good company, until it was bought out by M&P. Now they have sunk to the same level. I won't be using them again.
