Great customer service

I've ordered framed photos from them before and they are beautiful. I was attempting to order more this year during the Black Friday sale but was having issues with the website. I emailed customer service to see if Smallwoods would be able to honor the sale price if I wasn't able to get the order to process before the Black Friday sale ended. Customer service was so kind and helpful and even honored the sale price for 24 hours so I could get my order done. Wonderful customer service!
