GREAT Customer Service Experience
I would like to give Kenyatta a HUGE Thank You for her great customer service skills and for her knowledge of the portal. She was able to answer every one of my questions with ease. Her personality was VERY delightful. I would recommend any and every one to contact her. I enjoyed my experience with her. Continue to SHINE Kenyatta. (Hopefully I spelled her name correctly LOLLL)
