Helpful, patient and very friendly employees!
I’ve been in contact with Go Britanya for two days. I was very late finding my accommodation and was extremely stressed. I found a room and sent a request for further information. I was sent the information straight away and all my follow up questions were answered immediately. Later when booking the room I had several complications and special requests and the company’s employee Yigit was beyond helpful, patient and understanding. Yigit stayed in contact with me for two days straight by phone, answering immediately, following up my requests to the end and doing his absolute best to accommodate to my needs. The team did not let my case go until I was able to take the room. I’d like to thank both Yigit and Rahul extensively for all their assistance, patience and help, my case would not have been solved without you! Most definitely recommend Go Britanya for anyone needing accommodation!
