A weekend well spent.
Just completed the Level 2 Gym Workshop by Future Fit. What a brilliant weekend made even better by the professionalism of the instructor Ben Finning. His abilty to engage with and set the the team at ease was second to none. Faultless demonstrations, excellent attention to detail and the patience of a saint.
