NUFFIELD GYM PRESTON: Unfortunately, the company focuses so much on money that they don't treat customers as they should be treated. After 1 YEAR of loyalty at the gym, they increased the membership fee. Understandable. I requested to keep it the same in exchange for a whole new year's commitment but this was declined despite it being a few pounds! It felt like they don't value loyalty at all ! I felt disrespected, just like a number really. Unacceptable. Typical corporate behaviour! Escalating the matter to the head office was a useless joke as they send all issues back to the local branch lol so no real hierarchy to escalate complaints either! Very frustrating. I left the gym as a matter of principle and found one with pool for 40% less closer to home. No jacuzzi but hey...
