Competitive price with surprising service

Best Price was the most competitive agent per Skyscanner with a local phone number to call (2nd on the list after an agent with apparently only email contact). They attempted to match original price after adjusting one leg of journey and whilst it changed a bit due to airport taxes it was still more competitive than any others available. Best Price agent Michael was surprisingly responsive, calling many times through the booking process (8 people flights) to ensure it was completed on the day of the booking. Would consider them for future bookings, particularly with multi-leg changes to a competitively priced simple return airfare.
