Scam
I sign up 1/3 and was told I would get an appointment in March. I was just sent a message my membership was cancelled for inactivity. I haven't started anything as I am still waiting for my appointment. I requested a full refund and have yet to hear from them. When I call billing it goes to a voicemail and no one calls back. They tell you to use the chat in the app but it doesn't work. SCAM!!
