Very Disappointing and Frustrating service
I bought a white rug with black streaks, but what arrived was half-brown, covered in dust and stains—clearly repackaged. And that’s not even the worst part. It’s been over a week, and they still haven’t picked it up despite daily promises. Every day, I’m told someone is coming, and every day—no one shows up. Their courier seem dishonest as they were repeatedly claiming they attempted pickup, but I know for a fact they haven’t—I’ve been forced to work from home waiting for them. They cancel my return requests whenever they feel like it, and I’ve called over 18 times, yet nothing gets done. I’m now forced to leave the rug outside my door because I’m traveling, and I can only pray they actually pick it up. To make matters worse, customer service blatantly told mistruths yesterday—I called at 8 PM, and they assured me someone was on the way. I stayed awake until midnight. No one came. Please It’s not worth the frustration. If you must buy something here, buy in store and only take what you can physically carry out yourself.
