Bad Service

So I preordered the Sick Puppies bundle in the middle of May, which was supposed to arrive as the album got Released. Well, a couple weeks later I got an email saying my order would be shipped in the next few days and I would get an email notifying me of my shipment status. That was fine. But two more weeks went by and nothing. So I emailed them June 16th. They apologized and told me they were still waiting on some of the items but could send me what they have. I was fine with that and they went through with it. I received my everything aside from a shirt, in a reasonable time frame. So I waited and waited for this shirt, and finally August 8th I emailed them again and told them I'm still waiting on this shirt and It had been 3 months. They simply told me "We regret that the Unisex Black Logo Tee you requested is currently delayed from the manufacturer at this time. The demand for this item has been greater than anticipated and we will ship your merchandise out as soon as we receive stock. We are awaiting shipment from the manufacturer in next 1 - 4 weeks. You will receive an itemized email confirmation when your order ships" In my head I was wondering why a plain shirt would be on back order for three months. But I just simply said okay and waited. Now it's November. And still nothing. I emailed them the 17th again and they said literally the same thing as in August. 1-4 weeks, back order, bla bla bla. So I said look, there's no reason for a shirt to be on back order for 6 months. I want a refund or give me something else in exchange. They told me they would let me exchange it for something of equal or greater value. I was like okay cool. I picked out the same shirt but in white instead of black. Then they tell me all the shirts are out of stock. And I'm still trying to figure this out. I literally cannot believe I'm dealing with this six months later. I'm so fed up with this stupid order and I just feel nothing but regret for ever trying to buy this.
