Even when they mess up they fix it
Although the product I ordered was out of stock, instead of just cancelling the order they replaced it with one which has a longer shelf life. Unfortunately, there was then a cock up with the address they sent it to and after waiting a week I emailed them and they responded quickly, apologised and got it sent out to thr correct address the same day. This excellent post sale customer service says a lot about a company and I appreciate it - hence why I've used Reflex for a couple of years now.
