Matt could not have made purchasing my first home any worse

Stacey has been ok to good to deal with, however during the process off purchasing a block a realestate agent called Matt called me asking questions with no communication to me from either of them as to why I was hearing from him, which turned out that it was because Stacey was on holidays. Matt called a few more times, well aware and informed that I was a first home buyer and unsure of what's going on, that my conveyancer and broker were doing a lot of the work and had all the information, yet he continued to call me fishing for information to complain about. To the point where the conveyancer had to request that he doesn't call me anymore and if he has any questions he can talk to her. He came in for a brief period of the transaction and literally could not have made the situation any worse than he did. He sooked and complained that he didn't know I was using a deposit bond (probably because he had only taken on the case a day ago) and, using the professionals terms, sooked to the vendors conveyancer that he didn't know so they won't be accepting the bond and threatened legal action for a breach of contract. All in a week of dealing with him, over something that no one else in the transaction had an issue with, and all to make himself feel like a big man. There was literally no point to his immature behavior. I will honestly never deal with Brad Teal Sunbury again and I will be very glad to be rid of them.
