Used to be a good place to buy your vape products online, with decent discounts-but now? Buyer beware. Since the law has changed, they no longer ship through trusted shipping companies. It took over 3 months for my order to finally arrive last time. I went back and forth with their customer service for weeks. First they couldn’t find my order, then they couldn’t find the tracking number, then the tracking showed “out for delivery” for weeks (on a super sketchy website nonetheless). After about two months of this bull I finally asked for a refund. They basically told me no, and said they won’t offer a refund until it’s been over 4 months since I live in a “rural area”. To which I do not. I won’t be doing business with them again.
