Very bad Customer Service and low battery phone
I received an iPhone pro max described "as new" on the website but the battery is only 83% which is so funny because soon enough I have to pay EUR 120 at least for a new battery. I chatted with the customer service they didn't offer anything. very unfriendly. Any I don't recommend this website. For this low battery I expected a discount because I'll need to replace the battery. This wasn't offered and the customer service ended the chat before I even finish what I wanted to say.
