Sad state of affairs - contact was difficult
Until this morning I would have given 5 stars but I have never had to contact the company, having good competitive prices for both car and home. Having received a renewal offer for my car insurance I simply wanted to make sure it did not auto renew and finding this proved to be almost impossible. I exchanged a digital message which replied in simple terms how to do this. But the instructions simply did not match what I was seeing on the website and offer the alternatives which I needed. I then used the help menu and video help, also producing nothing relating tothe Account Details page I was told to access. Finally I have found it by sheer persistence. I used it but doubt I would ever find this again. This seems to me to be a company that doesn't want to make online editing simple. I doubt I shall renew.
