The phone they sent me was faulty and communication was terrible. When I asked what I need to do because all the methods they 'advised' were not working, they simply told me to send the phone back... and then what? then they mentioned a refund or a replacement. You're selling phones to people that you know are faulty and your customer service just sucks. 0/10 do not recommend Update: It seems now that they have decided to reply to cover themselves after they were in my whatsapp making excuses, trying to get me to change my review and offer me £10 compensation or a 5% off coupon code. It would be days before I would receive a reply and I would only get this reply when I would go back to ask what the next step was, I stopped responding because it was pointless, the same way I tried when you were messaging me, trying to offer me £10 so I would change my review. You guys told me that if I had used social media to message you, you would've responded quicker.. because I'm a mind reader I'm supposed to know this?? I pointed it out that it's not stated anywhere on your website, when you click 'contact us' it takes you to an email form, your response 'Oh that's if you don't have an account with us' once again.. where does it say that? I mean.. this is a business, shouldn't you be checking emails regularly? Please! you tell me why you would send a faulty phone? I told you why I couldn't send it back over whatsapp and I guess it seems you were annoyed that I wouldn't change my review. We can keep going back and forth, I don't appreciate you trying to change from the tone you were using when you contacted me directly, the messages don't lie. I stand by what I said the first time. 0/10 would not recommend..
