Extremely poor service
Extremely poor service. If I could rate zero, I would, as the transfer didn't even arrive! Myself and my partner were waiting outside the Yotel Lake Geneva at 11.30pm, the allotted time and date. When no one showed up after 10-15mins, I called the support line only to be told that Swiss Travel Transfer cancelled my booking and sent me an email the day before advising of the cancellation. I can say that I did not indeed receive an email notification at all and no it was not in my spam folder as I check this on a daily basis. This was not a cheap transfer. I believe I was treated poorly by your company and will not be recommending your company to anyone. If it was not possible to supply a transfer at the alotted time then my booking should not have been confirmed in the first place.
