It is useless company
I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company. I have been a loyal customer for a considerable period, but a recent issue has left me frustrated. After my SIM card was damaged, the company advised me to switch to a new SIM card. Unfortunately, it's been a month, and I'm still unable to use my SIM card due to a technical error. This error has also prevented me from accessing the 5-month data package that was included in my one-year plan. I've reached out to their customer service four times, enduring long wait times in the queue each instance. Despite speaking with four different representatives, the issue remains unresolved. Each call resulted in the creation of a new support case, but there has been no effective follow-up or resolution. The continuous escalation of support cases without any tangible results is not only inefficient but also incredibly frustrating. This experience has significantly diminished my trust in and satisfaction with the company.
