Absolute unprofessional, uniformed and the epitome of Lazy.
Absolute unprofessional, uninformed and lazy estate agents. I was approached by John Couch to offer valuation on our property. I explained that the house was undergoing some work and would need a lot done before their visit. They were keen to help. On the day we had worked like trojans to get everything ready and cleared away. He contacted me for directions which was a bit of a red flag as he obviously hadn't done any local checks or price comparisons. Which other estate agents had. He then rang from outside to say. Not for them as it's not their type of property. What an absolute waste of our time. Unprofessional in every way. I would have given zero points but that wasn't an option. Do your homework guys. If you don't sell large terraced houses with swimming pools. Don't ask to quote on them. If you don't sell in particular areas, look up the damn postcode. But don't waste people's valuable time.
