V Poor vehicle and expensive
I booked a VW Polo and was given a Dacia Sandaro. It was an old car with just under 100,000 kms , badly scratched, broken boot lid cover and poorly operating petrol cap release The amount I paid for the car hire I thought I was buying the vehicle The car provided was not an adequate alternative by any level of consideration and really was fit for the scrap heap. We were amazed and relieved it did not breakdown ! I will seriously consider not using Budget again
