I am a person who has autism and adhd I am also a public speaker who would go into panic attacks and not sleep the night before a presentation could I push threw yes but was I avoiding people I could help sue to fear most definitely yes. This tiny beta blocker has changed my life I didn’t realize how much fear on a daily basis until I tried it it was like holy Sxxt moment is this how calm normal people function!!! I was afraid to call and make Dr appointments and would have crazy blood pressure readings showing up to appointments “ white coats syndrome “ now I’m completely calm I’m frustrated I’m only discovering this at age 45 I could have been so much farther ahead had I found kick sooner ! I’m truly greatfull!!!
