Game changer for our customer communications
We've been using Podium for about 8 months now and it has completely transformed how we handle customer inquiries. The text messaging feature is incredibly convenient and our response times have improved dramatically. The only downside is the learning curve for some of our older staff members, but overall it's been worth every penny.
