Customer Service Soured Experience
I thought the driver and experience were great. But I had called to confirm the time, and when the bus driver showed up early, I got a fairly unfriendly call informing me that if we leave any later than the original time (which was only 15 minutes earlier), then I would be charged $100. $100 for 15 minutes is a steep price increase that they would not budge on for that. They informed me of this 20 minutes before we were supposed to depart, and it was impossible to gather everyone in time. That soured the experience quite a bit.
