The team at Content Development Pros are just what it states in there name “Professionals”. I wanted to write my first book but I really didn’t know where to start, then I met Lizzie Joseph (Account Manager) and Shane Hall ( Project Manager). They really laid it all out to on the line to get me started in the right direction. From account set up to to proof reading , I can truly say that they were always a phone call or email away. The thing I liked the most about Lizzie Joseph and Shane Hall is that they really made me feel like they had known me for years. I have never seen this level of customer service. if they didn’t have an answer to the question I asked, they would make sure find the answer for my situation. They have kept their word from beginning to end. Now I am a published Writer / Author and I would not trade my journey for anything.
