They are good estate agents indeed. Very professional. Are not greedy (for instance, I've contacted one agent that wasn't keen on returning my deposit, whereas John Shepperd couldn't care less about it and would return it to you on the spot - that makes a huge difference. On top of other services where they put the tenant on the priority, I really like when my tenancy is managed by JS.
