Steps taken and follow up to regain their reputation
Following my poor rating the last time round, EWT sent another service engineer to fix the problem, and he was able to do so in 2 mins! I then got a call from a supervisor and he offered me free servicing the next time round to compensate for the poor service the last time round. They also put the engineer who provided the very poor service on a 3-month improvement program. So overall good steps taken to regain their lost reputation
