I completed my Level 3 teaching…
I completed my Level 3 teaching assistant course at the end of January, I have still not received my certificate. I have rung over 20 times and email the same to always be told that it is with the head of faculty. It has been with head of faculty for about 6/7 months. I am no further forward that i was 7 months ago. It is now into a new school and i am unable to get a job as a TA as i cannot confirm my qualification. I have worked very hard on this course, made particularly difficult due to the schools been closed due to Covid 19. This is incredibly poor service and i feel that i have been forgotten about. I have sent further information to the college in order to find out more and still nothing.
