Proper Customer Service Approach
I had an entirely positive experience with the company. We had a disputed issue, which was promptly resolved in my favor, as the customer, and I was very pleased about that. I was particularly impressed with the quick response times. With some well-known carriers, you have to wait for a response for a day or more, and often their replies are not constructive.
