Avoid like the plague. Very arrogant and rude. The customer service aftercare team are not interested and clueless. No customer skills or manners and to accuse us of lying about what the engineer said was bad and then said we hadnt paid when we had even tho the invoice number was on the payment but because it came from a diffrent account she was totally lost. She gave us the invoice number....dim or what. Ps. In response to your reply payment methods WERE NOT discussed pryor to the service. It was the engineer that said it was £90 and HE DID say there was not rush to pay ( i have no reason to make this up) and then you hassled us for payment when i was working away..so again dont contact us as you will defo not be doing the service anymore
