They don't know when will they ship your order!
Ordered @ ledger.com 2 days ago, since then the oder has been in "awaiting shipping status, though it was said the delivery time is 1-2 business days. It might be so, but the "shipping time" seems to be indefinite - couldn't find any information on their website when do they ship. Created a customer support ticket asking when to expect it to be sent out. Here's what their customer support responded: "I took a look at your order, and it's still being prepared for shipping. Once your order is prepared, has a label created, and is handed over to the carrier, you'll be notified via email". Yes, buddy, I can see it myself, but when will it actually be shipped? Have just canceled the order. Received a response from support: "Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to provide you with an exact ETA of when. Our warehouse team processes hundreds of orders per day, week, month"
