Soparno was the agent who worked on my request. In a short amount of time he came up with the best options, worked on revising and accommodating all my requests. Working with Soparno was a delight - very polished and professional. No hustling, came up with the best suggestions and made sure those were all convenient options. He even advised me on my connections options and also reminded me on what I should be looking out for especially the luggage rules. Enjoyed working with him
