Hired attorney for scope of work and…failed nightmare
Hired attorney for scope of work and detailed 8 page outline of contract that needed to be drafted. Attorney sent boiler plate template documents not completed that did not fit scope of work. Attorney then passed buck onto my other attorney who was traveling to draft what was needed to only then ask me for double original amount to draft a simple term sheet so I terminated him to ask for refund for failure to complete any of the scope of work. Now this attorneys harassment threats and crazy process to get refund has become a nightmare and time and energy I do not have to waste. Legal work in this GIG platform setting is more hassle than it is worth if low quality bait switch attorneys are allowed on this platform. Get a real attorney do not waste time or money here.
