update

update, EE have finally restored online gas reading history which should go some way to alleviate the problem of grossly over estimated readings. A small step in the right direction well done EE update(2) my optimism was misplaced, despite sending readings on a **daily basis**, they have just sent an electricity statement using an estimated reading, saying I have used 809 KWH of electricity in 24 hours even though the readings for the actual and days either side were entered online, with an automated reply acknowledging receipt. To achieve that rate of consumption equals 33.7 Kw/hour and at 240 volts needs a current of 140.51 amps. As the main inline fuse is rated at 100 amps I think would have noticed something amiss. why don't ofgem do the decent thing and just close them down, take the passports off the directors and freeze all their and their families assets..
