Powerful and Healing Course
Wow. I went into this teacher training with no idea what to expect and I finished the training feeling not only more confident in my yoga practice but also more confident with myself, my body, my mind and my spirit. This training helped bring back so much confidence and on a personal level as a woman who struggles with PTSD, the yoga practice helped me heal in so many ways. I plan to focus a lot on meditation, Yin and Restorative yoga. I am from the US and living in Austria so I really hope to establish a community of English yoga classes and eventually begin teaching in German as well. Steph, thank you for the journey, the kindness of your soul and the passion you bring to this course. I’ll never be able to express what it has done for me. Love and light, Dani
