Invoicing sucks
Invoicing sucks. In Mexico, companies will only emit an invoice if requested DURING the month the car was rented. The problem is that the links to invoicing don't work and customer service simply doesn't answer. Again, in Mexico you need the invoice to deduce the expense from taxes. In summary, BEWARE of this. You may lose quite a bit of money if you rent from them.
