CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS!
They used to send an email giving the option to delay your subscription order. That seems to be a thing of the past. I've been reaching out for 2 days via thrir website, via email and visa their 2 different phone numbers. There has been no real response, just generic messages claiming they'll get back to me soon. I've been charged $40. I filed a dispute with my credit card bank. Summary: THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS! TOTALLY UNACCESSIBLE!
