Dissapointing service.
Purchased a shand scotty cameron putter ,when it arrived i noticed it did not have a serial number on the shaft,i emailed customer service only to get a chat bot telling me they only buy from reputable brands so clearly a generic message a few days later an email arrives to say dont worry its genuine and not all come with a serial.it didnt feel right but heard no more back. Wont be making purchases in future £200 wasted.
